1. INFORMATION FOR THE USER

Who is the controller of your personal data?
SIS FARMA, S.C.C.L. shall be the controller of the personal data of those USERS who have
proceeded to create a profile on any of its social networks, and such data will be processed in
accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR), the Organic Law
3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD), and the Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce
Act (LSSI), providing the following processing information:

For what purpose do we process your personal data?
Purpose of processing: to maintain a relationship between the USER and SIS FARMA, S.C.C.L. (hereinafter
the CONTROLLER) which may include the following operations:

- Processing requests and inquiries addressed to the controller
- Providing information about activities and events organized by the controller
- Providing information about products or services offered by the controller
- Interacting through official profiles

When the CONTROLLER collects and processes personal data through its social networks, USERS
will be informed about the purpose of data collection, as well as their rights in relation to their
personal data. Personal data will be used solely for the indicated purposes and will be maintained
securely.

Legal Basis for Processing: the explicit consent granted by the USER for the
processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes (Article 6.1.a GDPR).

Furthermore, the USER may access the privacy policies of the social network itself at any time,
as well as configure their profile to ensure their privacy.

For how long will we keep your personal data?
Data retention criteria: data will be kept as long as the USER does not revoke the
consent provided as indicated in this privacy policy.

To whom do we provide your personal data?
Communication of data: the information provided by the USER through the CONTROLLER's
social networks, including their personal data, may be published, always depending on the
services the USER uses, and may therefore remain publicly available to other third-party users
of the social networks. From each social network profile, the USER can configure what
information they wish to make public in each case, view the permissions granted, delete them or
deactivate them, as with any third-party application they no longer wish to use.

However, no communication of personal data to third parties outside the social network is
planned, unless it is essential for the development and execution of the processing purposes,
to our communication-related service providers with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the
confidentiality and data processor contracts required by current privacy regulations.

What are your rights?
Rights assisting the USER: these can only be satisfied in relation to information that is
under the control of the CONTROLLER.

- Right to withdraw consent at any time.

- Right of access, rectification, portability, and erasure of your data, and to limit or object to its processing.

- Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. USE OF THE PROFILE
The CONTROLLER will perform the following actions:

- Access to public profile information.

- Publication on the USER's profile of all information already published on the CONTROLLER's social network.

- Sending personal and individual messages through social network channels.

- Page status updates that will be published on the USER's profile.

The USER can always control their connections, delete content that no longer interests them,
and restrict who they share their connections with; to do so, they must access their settings
where they will find various configuration options regarding the degree of privacy of their
user profile on the social network.

3. PUBLICATIONS
The purpose of social networks is to provide visibility and dissemination of the activities
carried out by the CONTROLLER. These tools store personal data on the servers of the respective
services and are governed by their own privacy policies.

Once the USER is a follower or has joined the CONTROLLER's social network, they may publish
comments, links, images, photographs, or any other type of multimedia content supported by
the platform. The USER must, in all cases, be the owner of the published content, hold the
copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of affected third parties.

Any publication on the social network—whether text, graphics, photographs, videos, etc.—that
violates or is likely to violate morality, ethics, good taste, or decorum, and/or that infringes,
violates, or breaches intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to personal image, or
the Law, is expressly prohibited. Offensive, defamatory, illegal, or inappropriate comments or
content on the company's profiles will not be tolerated. The Company reserves the right to
remove such comments or content and block the responsible users.

In such cases, the CONTROLLER reserves the right to immediately withdraw the content without
prior notice and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.

The CONTROLLER shall not be held responsible for the content freely published by the USER.

The USER must keep in mind that their publications will be known by other users, and therefore
they are primarily responsible for their own privacy.

Images that may be published on the social network will not be stored in any file by the
CONTROLLER but will remain on the social network.

DATA OF MINORS OR PERSONS WITH SPECIAL CAPACITIES
A review and reading of the terms of use and privacy policy of each social network at the
time of registration is recommended, taking into account the different age requirements for
registration.

Likewise, the CONTROLLER is expressly exonerated from any liability that may arise from the
use of social networks by minors or persons with special capacities, whose access should be
carried out under the supervision and control of their legal representatives.

The CONTROLLER reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be
communicated through our social media profiles and/or our website.
